India is a lifelong storyteller who took way too long to embrace her talents. Once a shy little girl writing in secret, she’s now a grown woman ready to share her words with the world. A Black woman born and raised in southern Georgia, she’s passionate about telling stories that center Black women (usually from her neck of the woods) as they overcome challenges to find the love, joy, and success they deserve.
When she isn’t spending an ungodly amount of time browsing the stationery section of whatever store for yet another notebook/journal/pack of paper she doesn’t need, she can be found snuggled up at home with a heated blanket and “just one more” slice of carrot cake.
